Ouruz Bisnis provides AI-assisted meeting minutes tools (voice/text drafting, review, export, and repository) operated by Swiss Link Communications Sdn Bhd. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration details and keep your profile up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt systems, or using AI outputs as final legal/official records without human review.
4. AI-generated content
Drafts, transcripts, and structured minutes are assistive. Admin review and approval remain your responsibility before minutes are treated as an official record.
5. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
